Fame is the first fragrance of the American singer Lady Gaga.
The women’s perfume was released on August 22, 2012 at the Guggenheim Museum, Macy’s stores in the United States and a number of stores throughout the UK and in September under its Haus Laboratories label in collaboration with Coty, Inc.
According to promotional material, the perfume uses push-pull technology instead of the pyramid-shaped structure of traditional perfumes and combines notes of atrope, tiger orchid, frankincense, apricot, saffron and honey. By 2013, the fragrance had sold more than 30 million bottles worldwide and earned more than $1.5 billion worldwide.
